Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using https://qa.adoorablesquishies.com (the "Site") operated by Adoorable Squishies ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Adoorable Squishies is a small home-based business located in Rhode Island, United States. You can reach us at support@adoorablesquishies.com.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We sell squishy toys and related novelty items, including our own product lines and genuine, authentic Disney Doorables collectible figures purchased for resale.
We make every effort to display our products, colors, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in color, size, and packaging may occur.
All products are offered subject to availability. Some of our items are one-of-a-kind or available in limited quantities and may not be restocked or reordered. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order because an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Adoorable Squishies is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or brands. "Disney Doorables" and all related names, logos, and characters are trademarks of their respective owners. We resell only genuine, authentic products lawfully acquired; all trademark rights belong to their respective holders.
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.
We ship using third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
International customers: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs authority, not by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Adoorable Squishies name and branding — is our property or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to submit false information, or to resell our products in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our products are novelty and collectible items and are not intended for use as safety devices. Choking hazard: small parts — not suitable for children under 3 unless the specific product states otherwise. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adoorable Squishies and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country that cannot legally be waived.
Except where prohibited by law, you and Adoorable Squishies agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Adoorable Squishies each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
This arbitration and class-action waiver does not apply to, and does not limit the rights of, consumers located in the European Union or United Kingdom, who retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence and to rely on the consumer protections of that jurisdiction, to the extent required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 13 shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, except where mandatory consumer laws of your home country grant you the right to bring proceedings locally.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, pandemic, labor dispute, carrier or postal delay, supply or sourcing shortage, or government action.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to best reflect its original intent within the limits of applicable law.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adoorable Squishies regarding the Site and your purchases, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
